10F Pros are just that, Pros. They are experienced professionals, with very specific expertise, at your beck and call. They are most often used as hired mentors, situational advisors, or peer collaborators, maintaining a weekly or monthly call to catch up on the latest issues. They are also often leveraged to help spearhead a specific initiative that needs an experienced pro to drive it home.
